No testing on animals!

The testing ban on finished cosmetic products applies since 11 September 2004; the testing ban on ingredients or combination of ingredients applies since 11 March 2009. So, on the market should be no products with that claim. If there is, it is misleading.

AHA!

Alpha hydroxy acids or AHA acids have been used for centuries as a skin rejuvenation product. For example, Cleopatra bathed in acidic milk (lactic acid) to beautify her skin.

Daily requirement for vitamin C

This delicious vegetable is one of the most useful foods that helps your skin. Vitamin C and carotenoids, with which it is rich, make your skin rich, glossy and clean. Pepper helps the skin to fight irregularities such as spots and stains. Vitamins, iron and beta-carotene from peppers are responsible for controlling the production of melanin. Therefore, it is recommended to people with a light skin tan and to all who have problems with skin hyperpigmentation.

BASIL FOR PIMPLES?

Alpha hydroxy acids or AHA acids have been used for centuries as a skin rejuvenation product. For example, Cleopatra bathed in acidic milk (lactic acid) to beautify her skin.

FOODS that are better TO BE GIVEN TO THE SKIN than eaten

Potato, kiwi, orange, milk, honey, fish, red and green vegatables, spinach, mango, nuts…

KIWI A high content of vitamin C in kiwi helps in the fight against free radicals and improves the texture of the skin. Directly applied to the face acts as an enzyme exfoliation that removes dead cells and other impurities. Tip for use: Peel and cut ripe kiwi, then mash its meat with the fork. Apply it with circular motions to moist, clean skin; avoid the area around the eyes and lips. Rub it for 30-60 seconds, then rinse the skin with lukewarm water.
