1. Eat food that will moisturize your skin from the inside out and contains a lot of omega-3 fat.

2. Eat less. Try to cut your daily budget by 30 percent, but never skip a meal. Eat protein every day.

3. Make sure you sleep enough, at least 7 to 8 hours a night.

4. Work out for at least 15 minutes a day, so that you sweat.

5. Ensure regular and comprehensive care. Read what your care products contain.

6. In the sun wear a cover and use creams with a protective factor. Use protective products in winter as well.

7. Relax!
